Sustainability Policy

Purpose & Scope

We are committed to conducting all of our activities in the field of secondary packaging production in line with the principles of sustainable development. Our aim is to minimize our environmental impact while achieving economic growth, to uphold social justice, to maintain the highest standards of business ethics, and—within the framework of our integrated management systems—to create long-term, transparent and measurable value for all our stakeholders that can be verified by independent platforms (such as EcoVadis).

This policy is valid and binding for all of our employees, suppliers and business partners.

Our Commitments

1.Environmental Protection, Carbon Management (SBTi) and Forest Resources

Based on ISO 14001, SBTi, FSC®, PEFC® and EU PPWR / EUDR Compliance

  • Sustainable Forest Management: To guarantee that paper-based raw materials come from legal and responsible forests that do not cause deforestation (EUDR-compliant), we continuously comply with FSC® and PEFC chain-of-custody requirements.

2.Labor, Human Rights and Employee Rights (ILO)

Based on ISO 45001, EcoVadis Social Criteria and the ILO Core Conventions

  • Full Compliance with ILO Standards: We apply an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of forced labor, human trafficking and child labor.
  • Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining: We recognize and respect our employees' freedom of association and their rights to choose a union and to bargain collectively, in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Fair Working Conditions & Anti-Discrimination: We apply the principle of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" and reject all forms of discrimination, harassment and mobbing. We aim to keep working hours and wages above decent-work norms.
  • Safe and Healthy Working Environment: Through proactive risk management within the scope of ISO 45001, we prevent occupational accidents and diseases and support employee development through training.

3.Business Ethics, Transparency and Data Security

Based on ISO 37001, ISO 27001 and EcoVadis Ethics Criteria

  • Confidentiality & Information Security: We protect the corporate and personal data of customers, employees and suppliers (KVKK / GDPR) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Non-Retaliation Whistleblowing Mechanisms: We keep open effective reporting and notification channels that can be used confidentially and without fear of retaliation regarding ethical violations.

4.Product Safety, Quality and Responsible Production

Based on ISO 9001, BRCGS Global Packaging Standards and PPWR Compliance

  • Product Safety & Hygiene: To meet our customers' product safety and hygiene requirements at the highest level, we apply the BRCGS and ISO 9001 requirements without compromise.
  • Sustainable Packaging Design: We support the development of innovative, eco-friendly packaging solutions that comply with EU PPWR criteria, meet chemical restrictions (heavy metals such as PFAS) and offer high recyclability.

5.Sustainable Supply Chain and Logistics

EcoVadis Sustainable Supply Chain Criteria

  • Supplier Evaluation & Auditing: We evaluate and audit our suppliers not only on quality and cost, but also against environmental criteria, ILO-compliant labor standards, human rights and business ethics (EcoVadis methodology).
  • Responsible Sourcing & Green Logistics: We promote sustainably sourced products and services; in logistics, within the scope of circular packaging, we give priority to reusable EPAL/EURO pallet systems.

6.Continuous Improvement, Reporting and Accountability

  • We set measurable targets for our sustainability performance and review these targets regularly.
  • To have our performance independently certified on an international scale, we regularly declare and report on global rating platforms—primarily EcoVadis—and present this data transparently to our stakeholders.
