This clarification text, acting in the capacity of data controller, Lithosan Basım Yayım Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. Within the framework of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, it has been prepared to inform you, our real person customers and/or the officials and employees of our legal entity customers, about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection methods, to whom they can be transferred and your rights under the KVKK.

will be obtained, processed, recorded, stored, retained, preserved and classified for the purposes for which they are intended.
3. To whom and for what purposes do we transfer your personal data?
In matters related to public security and legal disputes that may arise, in order to provide information to prosecutors' offices, courts and relevant public officials upon request and in accordance with the legislation; and, when necessary, to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, to the law offices we have contracted for the follow-up of legal processes, to banks for the performance of goods / service contracts, to cargo companies in order to send documents and products, and to companies from which we receive accounting support in order to carry out accounting affairs.
4. What are the Methods of Collection of Your Personal Data and the Legal Reasons for the Collection?
Your above-mentioned personal data as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 (i) explicitly stipulated in the law (ii) it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (iii) provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract (iv) for the legal reasons that it is mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (v) Your identity and contact data, based on your explicit consent It will be processed for the purposes of making advertisements, campaigns, promotions and sending commercial electronic messages to you.
Within the scope of the purposes set out in this Clarification Text and in accordance with the General Principles listed in Article 4 of the Law below;
a) To comply with the law and the rules of honesty,
b) Accurate and, where necessary, up to date,
c) With specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,
d) In connection with, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed,
e) It will be processed, recorded, stored, preserved, maintained, classified and, where necessary, transferred to the above-mentioned places by automatic or non-automatic means (e-mail, paper, forms, telephone, etc.) provided that they are part of any data recording system in order to be kept for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed.
5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Access These Rights?
Article 20 of the Constitution stipulates that everyone has the right to be informed about personal data concerning him/her. Article 11 of the LPPD lists the rights of the personal data subject under the law.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under the LPPD to Lithosan Basım Yayım Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the data subject and registered in the system of the data controller in accordance with Article 5 of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller".
