The ECMA Pharma Forum Meeting, held exclusively for Pharma Forum members on September 17, one day prior to the ECMA 2025 Congress, was organized to evaluate the sector's past and provide strategic insights into its future.

At this special session, which we participated in, the evolution of cardboard packaging applications for the pharmaceutical industry, compliance processes with regulations, and transformations in the context of sustainability were discussed. The forum featured a comprehensive assessment of the impact of new European legislation on pharmaceutical packaging, the contribution of technological developments to the industry, and potential future risks.

This meeting served as an important platform for enhancing the technical depth of the ECMA Congress and developing specialized solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. This session, which laid the groundwork for the Congress, marked a valuable beginning in terms of both knowledge sharing and sectoral collaboration.
