  • Lithosan's liability is for intent and gross negligence and is limited to foreseeable damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • The competent court is Istanbul (Anadolu/Çağlayan/Istanbul Courthouse) courts and execution offices (if the company is headquartered in Istanbul).
